Project Narrative
A 40-storey tropical tower with a double-skin facade where vegetation covers over half the exterior, reducing solar heat gain by 26%. A 45m biomimetic windcatcher at the rooftop draws fresh air down to occupied floors. Designed by Toyo Ito as "a plant growing towards the sun", with a Sky Forest roof garden of 40 tree species. CTBUH Best Tall Building Asia-Australasia 2015.
