Project Narrative
Multi-storey double-skin facade with bronze-anodised aluminium framing and an open buffer cavity spanning the full building height. Motorized louvres in the cavity open in summer for passive cooling and close in winter for insulation. The system achieved BREEAM Outstanding 95.32%—then the world's highest commercial BREEAM score. EUI approximately 70 kWh/m²/year.
