Project Narrative
A convex double-skin facade developed with Deerns acts as a filtering protective lens. The outer glass exoskeleton and inner glazed layer balance reflection and transparency, maintaining optimal indoor comfort in a dense urban context. Integrated solar shading between the skins reduces cooling loads without obstructing views. LEED Gold Core & Shell certified.
