Project Narrative
The single-skin facade uses SageGlass electrochromic triple-pane glazing that dynamically adjusts tint in response to solar conditions, eliminating the need for interior blinds while maximizing daylight. Combined with a 242 kW rooftop PV canopy and mass timber structure, the building achieved Living Building Challenge certification—the first commercial building in the USA—and operates at net-zero energy.
